Delete your account

You can delete your Glows Games account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

How to request deletion

In the app

Open Account and choose Delete account, then confirm. This removes your data from your signed-in account.

By email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@glowsgames.com from the address linked to your account (or include enough detail for us to locate it). We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (display name, bio, email link).
• Your scores and leaderboard entries.
• Levels you published are removed or permanently anonymized.
• Your cloud-saved progress.

What may be kept

We may retain limited information where the law requires it, and residual copies may persist briefly in routine encrypted backups before they rotate out. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

Timing

In-app deletions take effect right away for your account; backend cleanup completes within 30 days.
