Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Glows Games ("we", "us"), maker of TwinGlow and other games, for using our games and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract in your country, or you have your parent's or guardian's permission. Community publishing features are intended for players 13 and older; younger players can still play the full game with their identity kept private.

2. Your license to use our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it, or interfere with its normal operation.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Play begins with an anonymous account; registering (e.g., with Google or email) unlocks community features.

4. Your content

If you publish levels or set a profile ("User Content"), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and promote the Service, and you grant other players a license to play the levels you publish. You represent that you have the rights to the content you publish and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't publish or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, and don't attempt to exploit, cheat, or attack the Service or other players.

6. Ads and purchases

The Service is supported by advertising (see the Privacy Policy). All purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and store rules govern refunds.

Optional one-time purchases

TwinGlow offers optional one-time purchases: assist packs (consumable — they are spent as you use them), Remove Forced Ads (which turns off between-level ads only; optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a hint or a rescue remain available), and individual visual themes. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

TwinGlow Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

TwinGlow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in two lengths: monthly (one month per period) and annual (one year per period). It includes the assist allowance, all visual themes, publishing of community packs, and no forced ads, for as long as the subscription is active.

• Price. The price of each subscription length is shown in the app and on the store listing before you confirm, in your local currency. Prices vary by country and may change; you will always see the current price before purchasing.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same length at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your account settings — on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep Pro until then, and no partial refund is given for the unused part of a period, except where required by law or by the store's own refund rules.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you buy a subscription during it, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the purchase takes effect.

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy apply to all purchases and subscriptions.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other players.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
